Shipping & Return
Nailknack’s Products are shipped through Delhivery, DTDC, or FedEx. We require 24-72 hours to dispatch your orders. Most of the orders are shipped within 24 hours. We require a complete address with the phone number to ship the goods. No orders are shipped without a valid phone number. We do not ship to FPO/APO and P.O Box addresses. For Shipping within India, We generally use Delhivery. We offer various shipping options. We provide FREE SHIPPING on orders above Rs. 599. For orders below that we charge shipping fees of Rs. 80. Usually, all orders within India are delivered in 3-7 Working days. Cash on delivery is available only in India at a charge of Rs. 50.
For International Buyers, We use DTDC or Fedex depending upon several factors. We charge a flat fee of Rs. 400 for all international orders. Custom duties & other extra charges as per government rules are to be levied by the customer upon delivery.

We try our best to provide high quality and best products to our customers. However, if your parcel has been damaged in shipping or you have received a defective product, we will send you the product again.
